That is the complete log I sent to AG’s recently at their request.

I received the attached file. Is that the complete FOAA log?

If so, can you clarify why my request was not fulfilled for more than a week after this was provided to the AG’s office?

Thank you.

The FOAA log is a record we create at the request of the AG’s office. If you already have that log, I would assume that FOAA request has been taken care of and we can put a check mark next to that appropriate response time.

As for your other request, the application is quite lengthy and is still being reviewed internally.

Subject FOAA log update

Hi Doug,

I wanted to check back in on my two pending FOAA requests, both for the Katahdin Shrimp MRDA application and the agency FOAA logs.

I understand that the public access ombudsman received that FOAA log on Jan. 12, which included both of my requests. I have a few related questions:

—Why has my request for that information has taken longer? I requested both FOAA logs and the same information provided to the ombudsman’s office for an annual review. —According to the log provided to her office, my two requests where the response time has not been tracked. Why is that?

Thank you.
